What is Spiritual Healing? Energy Work?

What is energy work? And how do you personally heal someone? 

This is something I get asked often, and honestly I have only told a handful of people how it works for me. One because it’s so hard to put into words, and two it probably sounds a little crazy lol. But hey my life is anything but normal! 

I honestly am not sure how it works for other healers, as I have never taken any kind of course to do what I do. Everything I have learned, I have learned from source. 

Someone might be thinking right now “what is source?” Well source for me has been my guides, archangels, masters like Jesus, and even the divine source. Yes to me that means God, for you that may mean the highest energy source, the creator, or whatever you believe as the higher being. 

When I heal I think of my self as a conduit, the energy flows through me. For a long time I honestly didn’t even understand what I was doing, I just did what they were telling me to do. They as in “source”. It’s only been the past two years that I have really been digging deep into my world, and getting to understand what I am doing. 

And now for the first time publically I am going to go deep and personal with how all of this works for me. I am doing this because I am currently working on trying to mentor others to connect with source to do this exact same healing. I also want people who may be experiencing some of this, but not understanding what it is to not be afraid or feel alone. To embrace it, because the world needs light workers so much right now. 

So with that being said....

When someone comes to me for energy work, my ultimate goal is to align their chakras, cleanse their aura, cut any cords that may need to be cut, and release any attachments if needed. I work on any physical, emotional, or spiritual pain that is going on. 

For me, and how I work when it comes to my clients whom I have healed. It’s not just been a one time appointment, it’s been something that they have stayed consistent with and also done “homework” on their own time such as certain meditations I give them and release writing therapy that I teach them how to do. 

The reason I have my clients do these exercises in between their appointments is because pain we carry, whether that be mental or physical is manifested. This means we have at some point created this, and my goal is to help you find and release what has caused this, and we together get rid of it. 

I have had a lot of success with my clients, and it’s a beautiful experience. It not only heals you, but it starts this awakening process spiritually. Once that process starts there is no going back! Almost all of my clients have had that ah-ha moment where they come to me and say “OMG I can’t believe I have waited this long to do something like this. It has literally been life changing, and I can’t imagine ever going back”.

So now for the deep and intimate part of how I do what I do. And bare with me because I don’t know how to put some of this into words. The first thing I do is I have my clients lay on a massage table, and I sit on a chair at the top of their head. I place my hands on their head. I then call on Archangel Raphael, who then comes above me and a waterfall of green healing light starts to flow into the top of my head. It then will flow into my body, through my hands, into the person I am healings body, then back into my body, down and out my feet. 

Imagine it as like a cycle, the healing light coming in clean, then I am pulling out stagnant, negative, dirty energy, and its going out of my feet, and into the earth to recycle. The reason I pull this back through me is so that my clients don’t have “detox” affects. If energy work is not done correctly it can make the person doing the energy work sick after, and the person getting the work sick after. 

Now some detoxing is normal, but you should never feel sick after. It’s normal to have some cleansing of the bowels sometimes. And you should always drink lots of water after every session. 

Now during this time when I am being a conduit for this energy to flow in and out of me. My higher self, my essence, my soul, whatever you believe that is. Almost goes inside of the person I am healing. I am watching my higher self un-tying knots, pulling stuff out that looks like thread, pulling out things that look like black rocks. Obviously that’s not what it is, I am just trying to describe this the best I can, which is not easy. 

I have at times even been able to see my higher self walk around the table. I also always have my clients guides, and sometimes even their loved ones that will place their energetic hands on them as well. So it’s almost like a circle of energy all around them. I am always getting help when doing energy work, I never am doing it alone. 

I hope this helps you to understand what I do, and for those of you who have debated getting this done. It is an amazing experience, and truly life changing.
